All I see is pondering over a RESPONSIBLE way to report the election results, without affecting turnout in Western states.

What else would you have them do?

What would be fair to candidates and issues down ticket?

I have been saying this for years. Make them wait until every single American has voted before they announce the results. Of course that would screw up their plans to have the election decided in time for their late evening news shows.

5. To be completely honest.. I think that even if its called landslide

before the polls close in the west, people will still turn out in droves in order to vote for Obama. To be able to tell their children and grand children.. yes, I had the good sense to vote for change.. and to be able to tell a wonderful and inspiring story of a skinny man, with big ears, and a funny name with the biggest heart full of Hope.
