16. You would have to ask a lawyer..
but I would assume those people who said their votes switched would be the ones disenfranchised and bringing suit, although I'm not sure what kind of proof they would have, and I would imagine the suit would be against the voting machine company, or maybe their state board of elections I think the Obama Campaign is focusing on the federal laws, like the Voting Rights Act, to protect the rights of voters.

5. They got early voting back in several states where the repubs tried to shut it down.
I know Indiana is one of those states and voter turnout is HUGE amongst African Americans. I forget which other states this was done in also.

9. yes they are! And before they were put back in place the Obama campaign in
Indiana was providing free shuttles twice a day from Gary to Crown Point. The one place where you could early vote. Seems pretty organized to me.

20. WOW! I hadn't heard about the shuttles. I grew up in Hammond so
I know that Crown Point would be a trek to vote. I guess with Sen.Obama supplying the shuttles, the repukes were defeated! YES! I so-o want to see Indiana go Democratic I can hardly stand it. My brother in law is an Indiana state senator and running for re-election in the fifth district, Porter, Stark etc. counties. He's a nice guy but the state legislature is way too one sided.

11. I don't know if it's through the Obama campaign, but
here in former DeLay land there are going to be lawyers at five precincts known to have had issues in the past.
