4. that's a good apology letter

most firms take a mealy-mouthed approach, "for any inconvenience this may have caused you". Amazon instead admits the error and accepts responsibility for it: "for the inconvenience this has caused."

Spend your money at a "bricks and mortar" local merchandiser, especially books.
