I think I(backwards "B")TL would be a fun concern troll response.

I got it from a viewer in my Mac.

UTF8: E1 98 80

No cigar, but maybe close enough

That's a Georgian vowel of some sort.

(non-ASCII characters don't survive whatever DU does to subjects, incidentally)
