Palin accuses Obama of ties to second 'radical professor'Story Highlights

NEW: Gov. Sarah Palin says Sen. Barack Obama has ties to ex-"PLO spokesman"

NEW: Obama says John McCain calling him "every name in the book"

(CNN) -- Gov. Sarah Palin on Wednesday said Sen. Barack Obama has ties to a Columbia University professor who she said is "a former spokesperson for the Palestinian Liberation Organization."

Gov. Sarah Palin says it's "not negative campaigning to call someone out on their record."

The Obama campaign said on its Web site that "ugly insinuations about Barack Obama's relationship with a former neighbor and university colleague ... are completely false." The professor has denied he was a PLO spokesman.

Palin said her assertion "is not negative campaigning to call someone out on their record."

"It seems that there is yet another radical professor from the neighborhood who spent a lot of time with Barack Obama going back several years," Palin said at an event in Bowling Green, Ohio.

"This is important because his associate, Rashid Khalidi ... in addition to being a political ally of Barack Obama, he's a former spokesperson for the Palestinian Liberation Organization."

Sen. John McCain's campaign repeatedly has sought to tie Obama to former 1960s radical William Ayers, who co-founded the Weather Underground. Ayers is a professor at the University of Illinois.

5. The professor has denied he was a PLO spokesman
If it is true, how can you hide being a spokesperson? Where is the evidence?

14. Sarah Palin is an anti-American secessionist and should keep her fucking mouth shut...
Hey Sarah? FUCK YOU, you worthless piece of shit. The *only* thing you're good for is causing McCain to lose the election, and I thank you for that, but you're a failure as a mother, and as a human being.

Piss off, you miserable _ _ _ _

15. McCain/Republicans gave this professor lots of money, so keep quiet Sarah (link below)

http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2008/10/the-khalidi-gam.html

In 1993, McCain became chairman of the International Republican Institute. He still chairs that respected organization.

That same year, Khalidi helped found the Center for Palestine Research and Studies, self-described as “an independent academic research and policy analysis institution” created to meet “the need for active Palestinian scholarship on issues related to Palestine.” (Its archived website is HERE.)

Khalidi was on the board of trustees through 1999.

According to tax returns the McCain-chaired IRI funded the organization Khalidi founded and served on to the tune of $448,873 in 1998 (click HERE to see the tax return) and to the tune of $389,621 in 1999 (click HERE.)

The IRI continued to give money to the CPRS after Khalidi left the group as well.
