We usually split between Pirates / Indians for baseball and Steelers, browns, bills for football. People do still cheer for the Pirates. I'm one of them.... Still remember Sid Bream sliding into home one step ahead of Barry's throw. Ouch. Grown men crying.

Went to Atlanta and scored the winning run in the 1992 NLCS. I absolutely remeber the Willie Stargell / Dave Parker era. Had Willie not played a good portion of his career in the cavernous Forbes field, he likely would have had 600+ home runs. And Parker was a the best RF of his time. He had it all. I remember that 1979 world championship team very well.
