No network except Faux News - has fair and balanced in it's description -Why does the FCC
keep letting them carry this 'Fair and Balanced' bull crap when
no other network does it. EVERYBODY knows it's a Repug station.
So how, how do they keep being able to do this legally?

I thought a few years back the FCC was making them take that off there logo/description-
whatever.

Hopefully, we'll see some madated divestment by the FCC in the next year or two.

3. Che Guevera once said "Nothing fail like success
when you're working for the devil"
foxnews and the rest of pigmedia wanted to CONSERVE the good (i assume) in this land, but they have effectively put it on life support, with only a decade of Dr Obama weilding a bloody scalpel our only hope. To put it mildly, they're mixed up, dazed, rather confused. After all, THEY WON!

4. Truth in advertising isn't covered by that stuff.
But it is interesting that they are the only network that feels they have to preemptively say it. Methinks they doth protest too much.

8. because we have a first amendment.
If they want to call themselves fair and balanced, they have a constitutional right to do so, just as we have a constitutional right to call them out on it.
