Currency: In God (Money) We Trust

Money is the only ‘God’ that true Republicans like Dick Cheney worship.

Money=God ... God=Money

True Republicans and ‘Christian’ Republicans both get to worship ‘God” in their own special way.

3. Yeah, but it's not just money
Cheney was running Halliburton and has more money than he or his kids can ever spend. Same thing with the Bush family. They are bored with money. What's the next goal? Power. Let's take over the country, then take over the world. Just because the American public are stupid enough to let them steal the country does not mean the rest of the world will lay down and cooperate. Iraq is a nightmare and the wheels are coming off the Republican wagon. Hooray for our side, we were right, but America is still circling the bowl and all our 'leaders' can do is stand around scratching their collective asses and wonder what to do next. Americans really do have the government they deserve.

5. "Americans really do have the government they deserve."
That's a bunch of narrow-minded simplistic bullshit.

Why don't you go down to New Orleans and tell that to those still suffering from Katrina, just for starters.

6. You want some simplistic narrow minded bullshit?
Try this. I'm a broke working class guy. I still managed to get a voter registration card filled out and I still managed to drag my ass to the poll to VOTE. If Americans took their responsibility as citizens seriously we'd have higher turn outs on election day. Fucking American Idol gets more voters than general elections. Americans have not suffered enough to be interested in who is stealing their money and birth right. I still say we have the government we select and deserve.

7. And I Still Say That's Simplistic Narrow Minded Bullshit That Shows Lack Of Complex Thinking Skills.
Course, most often black and white sentiments towards multi-faceted and complex topics show a lack of critical thinking skills.

8. Complex thinking skills, hmm,
Does it take complex thinking skills to recognize a corrupt, inefficient do nothing white house and congress? Are they required to know a lazy, stupid population that does not care what kind of government they have? Are they required to recognize silly, self obsessed liberals who don't live in the real world? There are never simple solutions to complex issues. But it not take complex thinking skills to read a newspaper, find out what is going on in the country and then take a simple step like voting to try and get something done. Simplistic? I hope so, then maybe more people will do it. There will always be thieves and victims. But we don't have to accept and enjoy being victims. I STILL SAY that if Americans want to know who is responsible for the state of their country, the answer is in the nearest mirror. Stop living in a dream world. The right wing in the country means business and we must fight them on the their own ground.

4. Here's an amusement...
Ever hear the one about how the vampire shows up on the doorstep as a door-to-door salesman and wangles an invitation over the threshold?

Gets inside, and says, "Thanks, now I'm going to kill you and suck your blood."

Inhabitant attempts to threaten vampire with a cross. Vampire laughs and goes, "No, see, you have to believe in it or it won't work."

Another inhabitant goes, "Here, I'll give you all my money to go away and leave us alone," and holds out a $20 bill.

Vampire hisses and cowers in fear from the holy symbol.

Badum-bum.
