If Bush pardons the torturers, are they really safe
from prosecution?? That's an international treaty against torture that they broke by doing the torture. I doubt very much that he can pardon an international law. Any lawyers out there?

1. I understand that they are still vulnerable to arrest out side the Country.
(Kissinger can't just gallivant anywhere HE wants to, even now)

I also don't imagine that anything substantial will ever happen to them.

Their website, unfortunately, is a subscribers only sort of affair, so the bookstore/newsstand/library would be the best bet i guess.
