Bella and Tara are the best of friends and like the words at the end that Steve Hartman says, asking why humans can't be more like them.

This is part I of the story. Shirley and Jenny were circus elephants in the 50's and were eventually reunited at the sanctuary after 22 years apart.

Be advised: keep a tissue handy.
