Burn a little sweet grass, sage or cedar needles to get rid of the era of bu$h. Any incense will also work. Grab some lavender from your garden. Light it an wave it slowly through the air.

Rid our country of the bad vibes and cleanse the way for the Hope and Healing that Obama will bring.

All four corners and points in between.

Any time from now to the the Swearing in Ceremony. Fan the smoke with your hand or a feather. Blowing on it with your own breath is not suggested.

It will spread! Do your house, your yard, a park.

6. Smudging, sacred thoughts of Hope, it is all part of the Change

Someone in the wave of interviews yeaterday said that it's almost as if the millenium was delayed, and NOW we are feeling a colective wave of choice and change. WE are the change we have been looking for.

Having a leader that brings out the best in us is the focus we get to have, but the work is up to us

BE the butterfly! help clear not only the white house, but every time you hear of a crisis on the news, take a second and send a little conscious "push" of light and hope that direction.... wave lavender and sage if the mood strikes you... call on those "better angels" that Obama has spoken of...call often

Yes, we will also need to get in the trenches and get dirty and help eachother up out of the dust,

but a little push now & then can be the difference between SOOOOO much success and failure!

7. Smudging and drumming.

I will be participating in a drumming ceremony, timed with other ceremonies around the world. We did a preparatory drumming and fire ceremony last weekend.

The smoke itself is considered pure, neutral, and therefore, cleansing. If you blow on it, then you are infusing it with your own breath, so it's no longer pure or neutral, but infused with your energy. Not that YOU are necessarily impure or anything, but it would change the essential qualities of the smoke--not necessarily in a negative way, but different. Hope that made sense...
