Scooter you use with both feet and sway

I've been trying to find a scooter my husband saw a few months ago on TV that you stand on, with both feet, and then sort of sway side to side which makes it move. I believe the video clip was done in california. I've googled and come up with nothing. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? or have a link to one.......his birthday is coming up and I thought maybe I could get him one.
