It's mind boggling. I find myself completely unable to watch these hypocrites as they hyperventilate about every syllable of Obama's while knowing that they let the world, the country, the economy and the Constitution blow up and be destroyed while they busied themselves with Lacey Peterson, Anna Nicole Smith, Natalee Holloway and the like. It is just completely sickening.

1. It is quite stunning.
I could understand it (well not really, but you know what I mean) if President Obama had a 35% approval rating and they were just "reporting" what they thought the public wanted to hear, but that's obviously not the case. Mind boggling indeed.

2. Cheney's still got files on them - each and every one.
Anyone who would call them self a "journalist" then sell out so easily and completely every day must have some serious baggage. Domestic spying began long before 9/11. The attacks simply gave BushCo the cover they needed.

4. I read the best analogy by a poster yesterday
that compared the media to cicaedas that burrow in the ground during Republican administrations, but fly up in the trees to chatter when a Dem admin comes to power.

6. Do you suppose we would have invaded Iraq?
If the media had devoted one-tenth the penetrating analysis of the Bush administration's bullshit that's it's investing on how the language about bonuses got into last year's legislation?

Thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people might still be alive. Billions, perhaps trillions, would still be in our Treasury.

7. There needs to be an outcry "WHERE'S CAYLEE?" "WHERE'S NATALEE?"
Has the media's obsession about missing white females waned? Nancy Grace is on a lonely vigil, being the only one who cares about them anymore.

I need to know more about celebrity scandals! The media have been slacking on keeping tabs on Britney Spears' and Lindsay Lohan's lives, the past few months.

It's no fair. They got us all hooked on celebrities and missing white females, and now they think we want to hear about "important" stuff?
