The E-mail at Imperial Chemical Industries included the following anonymous message: “The heaviest element known to science was recently discovered by ICI physicists. The element is tentatively named ‘administration.’ It has no protons or electrons, but it does have one neutron, as well as 15 senior vice neutrons, 60 vice neutrons, 125 assistant neutrons, and 111 assistant vice neutrons, surrounding a nucleus believed to be made up of morons.”
