It was definitely a keeper.

I'll always regret not buying the painting of a weeping Pancho Villa - on velvet. Omigod, it was vivid. But it was just too big and I didn't have a place to stash it.

3. Mom has a painting that belongs in that collection!
It is in the style of the early 1800s, of a woman with a child and a dog. The perspective is horribly skewed and the one hand of the woman that is visible seems to have six fingers. It is a very disturbing painting that belongs in a bad art collection or maybe in a grotesque haunted house.

Next time I go down for a visit, I will get a photo of her painting. It is just so weird. She got it at a thrift shop I think.
