But one on of the unpredictable aspects is the amount of traffic it generates. If the traffic is heavy enough, parts of the internet will be unavailable.

It won't do anything to your computer, yet. Instead it will appropriate your email to send out spam. It's also believed that it can get your personal info and you could find yourself a victim of identity theft.

That's what I read anyway. Not much of a joke, IMO.

I also read that you will not be able to boot your computer in safe mode, so that's an easy way to test for it.

6. I got a virus that did all that to me 2 months ago.

no 4/1 release. shut down my taskmanager & spybot S&D, too. had to reformat.
