The Sleeping Giant - Employee Stockholders

Can someone wake the sleeping giant up? Employees are often the shareholders of the companies they work for because many companies make the "match" in a 401K with Company stock.


These same employees are screwed repeatedly year after year by diminished wages that don't even keep pace with inflation, as well cut backs in hours, greater contribution towards benefits, etc. while their high flying bosses feel quite comfy looting the corporate cookie jar in terms of their own salaries, bonuses, etc.

Employee/Stockholders - WAKE THE F!@K UP !!!!

Show up at the stockholders meetings and don't mindlessly sign over your proxie votes! Vote no on executive compensation packages until workers are treated with the same regard. Ask how come your dividends aren't bigger if the company can transfer assets(cash or stock) to the executives?
