David Schuster
David Shuster, currently hosting "1600 Pennsylvania Avenue" at 6 p.m. ET on MSNBC, will join Tamron Hall as host of a new 3-5 p.m. ET program on MSNBC. Shuster will also continue to anchor breaking news coverage during the day and serve as a regular substitute anchor for "Countdown with Keith Olbermann." Norah O'Donnell's hour will move to the morning. The exact hour will be announced at a later date.

2. Where's My Babe, Contessa???
I like this move...Schuster has grown into this role and should do very well. He doesn't take the spin and bullshit from the GOOP sockpuppets and has done a very good job with 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. I look forward to being able to tune in earlier to MSNBC (these days, I just scan it until Tweetyball comes on). No great loss moving Norah the White Ho into the morning...and maybe they can also move Mrs. Greenspan into the overnight hours. Also, I am glad to see them bring in Eddie Schultz. As a radio guy in a past life, I know how tough it is to make the transition and he's done good...and will broaden the network's appeal in the process.

But now I'm very "concerned" about my "fave" Contessa. Television just doesn't get any better than when she attempts to use a brain cell and hillarity ensues.

3. Ugh. I can't stand Contessa. And that CNBC harpie that joins her in
the afternoon is a sour old prune. blech. I stopped watching MSNBC during the day because of those two.
