That isn't just an opinion. It's a statement that presumes fact. Unless the statements - 'now that he has gotten people killed' and 'the ('the' in this case referring back to Dobb's comments, presumably) hate speech about immigrants has led to murder' - can be backed with fact, they stand as potentially libelous speech.

In other words, the OP is claiming that Dobbs' speech resulted in the action. That's defamatory unless it can be proved. I'm not attacking the OP - just the way in which the post was made. Words are powerful things.

3. I think we need to back off on the motivations of the shooter

in Binghamton. We don't know anything about the motive. In one account, the shooter has been described as an asian man. Who knows what's going on?

Let's not be like the freepers. Once we find out what the situation really is, then we can react appropriately.

It is most likely a Domestic or immigration issue and it's also possible that the shooter is also an immigrant.

10. True enough. I may have jumped to a conclusion, the facts are not

in yet, and perhaps I should have posted this as a question rather than an assertion. Dobs is engaging in speech every night that is firing up all kind of people against ferners. I have no doubt but that people have been killed as a result of dobb's nightly rants. Do i have proof? of course not, but I'm sure it is happening.
