1. Never mind
Just got the family call. My sis and her husband are OK. Their office is two blocks away from the shooting. They're on their way home. Total chaos says my BIL.

3. You know what's amazing
I was planning to call her today since it's the 4th anniversary of our youngest siblings death. Now everyone is calling everyone - nieces, nephews, siblings, in-laws.
I love how the nieces and nephews (all of whom worked for Obama's election) took charge of this one. One of the Florida nephews just told me has has decided to go to grad school in the fall. I have a really loving family and it sure makes me happy.
