Yes, your rights have been violated but there's not a damn thing you can do about it

2. I have experience in labor law, and this advice is exactly right.
If you think you've been wronged, contact an attorney. Start with your local bar association for a referral.

Call a lawyer. Talk to a union rep. Contact your state labor board.
