16. All I can say is that I can't comment on your question without a picture, other

than to say if it looks good, and covers the basics, it is a good thing for creativity only. It would cost as much as a normally bought dress in time and materials, would probably not hold up to be used in the future, and would therefore be a pre-mature drain in the landfill.

My grandson is a whiz at making things from duct tape. I have a shoulder purse he made from black duct tape, with the specs for where I want which pocket and how large, that is extremely useful. I carried it the night he and I were invited to our local YWCA for watching Election returns on Nov. 4, we were 4 whites of about 100 people and as the returns came in his tie, made of duct tape, all but disintegrated from the hugs and the tears.

That's my answer, and I'm sticking with it.
