Poll question: Death Penalty. Steven Green
Given that the others involved with the rape, murder, desecration of Abeer, Hadeel, Qassim and Farikhya in Iraq testified and were sentenced via court martial, what should his penalty be?

Of course I mean at the end of his trial, being found guilty and all. Since of course I believe in the right to a trial. Even if he tried to get it switched back to military court and has filed several things saying death penalty is inhumane.

And yes, I have a strong feeling about this person

1. You have to wonder how ....
Steven Green got into the United States Military in the first place.
I think they need to study his brain.

4. He was recruited in exchange for jail time.
He was arrested several times and they cut him a deal.

You have to wonder why the person that recruited him did so, and why the person who decided to discharge him straight back to the civilian world did so. What were they thinking.

2. There are no such thing as war crimes,
especially when waging an aggressive war. Too much baggage.

3. I am confused. Are you saying this was not a crime, or a war crime?

6. Sarcasm: A war crime in a war that was a war crime.

5. That guy is mentally ill. Seriously so.
Lock him up and throw away the key. Reward his participation in mental health studies with an extra hour of TV. No violent films, though.
