(any)rifle. You just made the NRA's point here, if you get your foot in the door with the AWB and people still get killed it will be a .22 cal. next. If that don't work then it's the shotguns. That's the ultimate goal of the anti-gun people to take (all) guns. Myself I couldn't care less about the guns banned by the last AWB I don't own any and don't desire one. But that is not what this is all about, it is (all) guns that you want.

19. It takes the FBI about 2 years to get the data out.

Since the killers in almost all of these situations used rifles and pistols I would guess only the Medical Examiners and law enforcement know who was killed by what. There have been mass shootings in the past and the statistics have remained fairly constant. I'll guess we'll know early in 2011 about this year.
