17. The new University President is screwing up all kinds of things

Spending like a drunk sailor and raising tuition fees to the point where the costs are shutting out WT as an option for area students.

The very saddest part is that one of the TV stations visited the campus to ask what the kids thought about KKKarl speaking. 19 out of the 20 he spoke with had no idea who Rove was.
