Little Arfin' Annie really got going as one of the "elves" in Santa's workshop (Richard Mellon Scaife) tunneling into the Whitewater investigation, and stovepiping every available development into a Grand Conspiracy Theory of Clinton Skullduggery. She'll probably surface every now and then, but I'm guessing that a new Arkansas Project is taking shape to bedevil the Obama administration and provide relentless misdirection through just-credible-enough allegations and accusations.
