not only are the repigs doing unhanded things in Minnesota, they are doing it in NY too, with their last election there. Repigs are in the business of stealing elections.

5. The site is working

You need the flash player installed to be able to see or hear anything.

There is audio and video but right now nothing much is happening. The absentee ballots have been delivered to the court house and they are just sitting at the table sorting them now. They have not yet been opened. The good stuff is yet to come.

The only real news is that the Coleman team asked for a recess right after it started. The court said no.

Something is going on and people are talking but there is no hint what is going on and only comments from viewers - many asinine - streaming below. Very annoying.

The court has decided that 351 ballots of the original 400 will be counted. Thirteen were removed yesterday because they had already been counted and I don't know what happened to the rest.

16. Pawlenty Isn't Going To Certify Franken Anyway...

In an interview with MSNBC on Monday, Pawlenty told a reporter that "you shouldn't assume that Norm Coleman is going to lose the appeal. He has legitimate issues raised." Pawlenty speculated that an appeal could take "a month or two to decide." Even then, he said, "the federal process is available."

So my guess is that if this continues, Franken will extend his lead. Once again, FAIL to Coleman.
