PRICEVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say a man suspected of shooting and killing his estranged wife and three others in rural north Alabama apparently took his own life as well.

Travis Clemmons, chief investigator for the Lauderdale County sheriff's office, said the body of Kevin Garner was found Tuesday near his home in Priceville, which burned to the ground overnight. He said Garner apparently killed himself and a weapon was recovered.

He said the bodies of Garner's estranged wife, Tammy, their 16-year-old daughter, his sister and his sister's 11-year-old son were found earlier in a home in Green Hill, a small community near the Tennessee line in a nearby county.

The Garners were in divorce proceedings with the trial set for Wednesday morning.

I'm posting from a goddamn public library because my power just got turned off. My roommate's ex-roommate, D., left the damn state owing a shitload of money on things like cell phones, power, and child support. And that, combined with the fact that both my roomie, J. and I work at the same place and have been reduced to the same 32-hour workweek for the past two fucking months, meant that bills were not paid!

If it's happening to me and other hardworking Americans like me, then it has to be happening all over. The stress factor of this country is rising. You can almost feel it in a physical sense!
