5. Turley's correct on all counts -

the concept of Sovereign Immunity, well, that's an old one and has a spotted history.

But, he's also right that any administration is loathe to undo anything a previous administration has done regarding executive power.

So, it's a legal and a political question.

Not only does all this secrecy have to stop, and the last 8 years investigated...but somehow Congress has to make it harder for this to happen again.
