Looking to the next election
I saw the following poster in my local convenience store today: A meeting for area Republicans has been scheduled for April 15 at the “historic” XXXD Town Hall, from 6-8. The meeting is being publicized in public places and is being held at a public place. So it’s a public meeting. So this got me to thinking. What if we Dems started attending these meetings at the local level? And what if we got other people especially woman in the area to attend …and maybe wear pink shirts and sit in the back of the room?

Our own version of Code Pink. Could we start a nationwide thing? At local Republican meetings?

1. Must We? Couldn't It Wait Until August, At Least?
After a bruiser like that one, the country needs time to decompress and recharge.

4. Someone needs to go just to make them uncomfortable
When I get a chance I like to just sit with or near republicans just to make them queasy.
Black friend told me in college that white men never fight fair. - always gang up. So i like to put myself in a one-on-one situation if possible and toss in a comment here and there
