Charlie GIBSON got out of following in the MOYERS - BLACK footsteps

It sounded, in the ABC promo this morning, like they were saying that GIBSON was going to feature the same line of allegations that were in last week's MOYERS interview of Professor BLACK. But then events overrulled (the President's Iraq visit, the earthquake). I don't see any related items in the ABC website.

He really fooled Moyers and the staff there, and that might be why Gibson backed off. I'll try to find you think that authoritatively quotes how the Federal Reserve has jurisdiction in the kinds of matters that Black claims wre without jurisdiction.

That could be it.
