Repuke Teabaggers refuse to let Michael Steele join in any of their reindeer games
Chicago Tea Party Rejects Michael Steele

National Republican figures have been trying to attach themselves to the growing anti-tax "Tea Party" movement -- with limited success. Requests from politicians to speak at tea party events around the country have been rebuffed. "We're not a function of the Republican party," one Washington, D.C. tea partier told the Huffington Post. He didn't name names, But the Chicago Tea Party organizers have not only rejected a GOP party leader, but made the snub public.

When Republican National Committee chair Michael Steele asked to speak at the event, and organizer Eric Odom posted his response online. In it, he thanked Steele for "finally" reaching out to the grassroots. "Unfortunately, it appears that he has only just decided to reach out after realizing how big the movement has gotten and how much media is now involved," Odom continued. He invited Steele to attend and listen, but not to speak.

1. I think the tea bag parties are going to be a big flop.
The 15th is in the middle of the week. Are the freepers going to take a day off to do some tea bagging?

2. Think hard. April 15th. Why would they pick that date?

They layoffs will come in handy for these connoisseurs of tea but even then I predict it to be the same slim mob that tried to kickstart it months ago. They'll carry out Uncle Ron any minute now. I hear he's invented a free energy device while delivering a baby - in between abolishing the FED and the public education system. Just wait for... " This is Uncle Ron Speaking " on the Radio and lots of chicks with bad mouth hygiene wanting rough sex....

3. Disappointment
Am I the only one that suspects there will be alot of disappointed attendees once they find out that the event is about government spending and taxes?
