Father Jenkins speaks for the university and he extended the invitation. Those are the ones the Catholic Newman Society plugs ad nauseum. :crazy: Their approach is that Colleges and Universities are "Catechism Centers" (term used by St Paul Archbishop to K12 Catholic schools recently). They feel the really only thing to know is the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC), the list of rules. Nothing else really matters outside the rigidity of the book. So all you go through life knowing is endless rules you can then regurgitate ad nasaum and forget about everything else in the real world. :crazy:

that this crap is not good for football recruiting. Notre Dame's big catch this year was Manti Teo from Obama's Punahou School in Hawaii. Maybe he should threaten to walk if they don't welcome the President as they should.

This long-time pro-life activist is no stranger to controversy. His life - as an evangelical Christian, later a converted Catholic, once a Republican political candidate and foremost a warrior in the fight against abortion - has been filled with similar appalling actions.

Terry likes to boast that he's been arrested 40 times, spent a year of his life in jail and had cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He even states that he has created "the largest civil disobedience movement in America."
