Contrary to popular opinion and roll counts, "we" do not control Congress

"We" being liberals, progressives, and whatever else you wish to call yourself if you reside left of the center of the left.

Congress is controlled by the ever increasing numbers of disaffected repubicans who hold office as Democrats, the lifelong Democrats who proudly call themselves Blue Dogs, and those who have lost their way.

The country, on the other hand, is more with us than against us.

Once again, we and the country will get screwn.

1. yeah...that 'we the people'..

thing isn't working out too good. I guess it takes a little more than voting to get those elected to do the right thing. Ah well...maybe 'next time'.
