I don't have any inside info. I am just reading tea leaves. (Not tea bagging.)

1. Funny. I have that same gut feeling. Here's hoping.

3. Good. Then S for brains can appeal to the Mn. Supreme Court and

5. It's too bad the MN Supreme Court doesn't just say they are NOT interested in hearing the case
If they Do take it on, they are opening themselves up for every disgruntled cansdidate to try this stunt..
MN has the FAIREST system going..open, honest and well documented. There is NO reason for this to keep going on..

7. I think they will accept the appeal but rule quickly
I think there is no chance they will overturn the ECC. However, it would be most unlikely that they would refuse to give a hearing on the appeal. Then once they rule in favor of Franken we can enjoy watching Pawlenty squirm.

All Republicon Homelanders -- like little Normie Coleman -- who support torturing the voters of Minnesota by crucifying the electoral process -- will get their just deserts: doodley squat.

While the citizens of Minnesota and the USA will get an honest Senator who actually wants America to succeed, Al Franken

6. The guests on MN public radio earlier this week said later this week
or early next week they expected a final ruling. It will then go to the MN Supreme Court and they will hear the case. When they uphold the decision of the 3 judge panel whose every ruling was unanimous (a Democrat, a Republican, and an independent) it is thought that the MN Supreme Court will order that the election be certified.

8. I think that's about right. I believe Frankin will be seated by mid April.
