How could Rove know what was said in the Oval Office?

Was he in the Oval Office every minute that George W Bush was in the Oval Office? Was he ever out of town or someplace else in the eight years Bush was there?

Whether or not Biden is exaggerating or not, Rove would not know. Unless, of course, he taped all the conversations and analyzed them when he had the time?

But to flatly call the VP a liar is playing the media and the people for fools. But he has done that before, hasn't he? But he continues to state things as facts when he has no way of knowing one way or another what was said if he was not there. Perhaps Bush told him what was said? We know that Bush would never exaggerate, don't we?

Had this been brought up much earlier, I could give more credence
