2. Painful? Moreso For The Federal & State...
Thanks to the losses in investments and income, I'm expecting to be throwing far less at the IRS monster. I know I'm not the only one...seems like everyone I've discussed this with (family and close friends) all have posted losses or less income last year and either ended up paying nothing or getting a refund.

The real losers will be the state and local governments who will see far less money coming in...via retail, income and property taxes. Damn right even the reddest of states are cashing those stimulus checks.
