Tech question about posting a chart here

I have a chart in excel I would like to post here. When I copy and paste it, I goes all wonky. All of the straight columns and rows compress into a tight mess.
Can somebody point me in the right direction.

I tried to find this info here myself, my research skills are not the best.

1. You can't do it directly

You need to save it as a picture, upload the picture to someplace on the intertubes (like Photobucket) and then link to it in the post.

2. If you have Excel, you probably have picture manager.

Open that, paste to "My Pictures", then Export to a .jpeg, then upload somewhere and grab the URL
