Obama Family dog nominee has withdrawn its name from consideration to become First Dog

due to an oversight in paying taxes on past dogsitters. Senate Republicans have announced that they will refuse to confirm Bo as the First Dog and want to know why it had failed to pay its taxes.

President Obama is now considering other dogs on the short list to replace Bo and has promised to vet the new dog more thoroughly.
