2. when you encounter someone who is in power and is angry and mean

and you LAUGH at their behaviour, it takes all the wind out of their sails and they dont like it. laughing at anger instead of taking it personally is a great thing.
Rachel laughs at them. they hate that. the Youtubers keep posting and posting those NOM outtakes, and are all laughing at NOM.
NOM isnt being taken seriously..its being mocked all over the internet.
I find it amusing as can be.
