Tea parties are shutting Dems out of the media
It's another excuse for Big Media to present 100% repukes. I just turned on my TV. It was still on MSRNC from last nights' Countdown. There was Republican TV host Barnicle Bill interviewing a Republican Congressman from Indiana and a Republican Chickenhawk from somewhere, and they were all in agreement what a major movement this is.

Big Media - Revolution's going to be very unkind to you.

1. Meanwhile, when 1.2 Million people- the largest assembly EVER- showed up on the Mall in 2004,
the media all but ignored it, preferring to focus on Estee Lauder's death and the elusive "NASCAR voter".

7. And then there were almost 500,000 for the anti- surge protest.
CSPAN covered it for two hours and the rest totally ignored it! I was on the mall and called home to see how the coverage was. My husband says..'Oh, they just cut your feed" That gathering was a great mix of people of all ages and faces. No MSM coverage at all. Let alone the weeks of lead up on air to this hokey tea bagger deal. I am not sure how many people that FOX will fool with this. I would bet that if they plan more of these it will be harder and harder to get folks to play along. Our peace vigil folks are dwindling in numbers. Rove is coming to town tomorrow and I can barely get anyone to join me on the street corner to 'welcome' him. Peace, Kim

2. Don't worry. They are annoying and stupid and people will just switch them off.
Both groups of idiots are only slitting their own throats.

3. Good- the more exposure tea-bagging gets, the better it is for DEMS.

The public needs to know that tea-bagging involves these nuts.

4. Yeah, I saw that. Pence from Indiana was the Repuke and he kept
saying "Democrat Congress, Democrat President, Democrat blah blah blah..."

Basically, a typical Republican piece of shit. Acknowledgements were made that Bush initiated the huge deficit spending several years ago, but it's lost on most that there was no reason for an outcry at that time. It's just a coincidence that there's a "Democrat" Congress and "Democrat" President in office.

Fuck 'em.

6. I thought Barnicle Bill did a decent job on Heidi Harris ...
He seemed incredulous that she wouldn't even acknowledge
that there is a lot of rightwing hatred out there right
now.
