Why not move military spending from discretionary side of the budget?

Why not move military spending from discretionary side of the budget?

We could have a standard tax line on our paychecks just for
military so they get it every year no matter what

having a military isn't exactly "discretionary"
especially if you are an industrial military complex

the side benefit would be people could see exactly what they
pay for guns and cia bribes etc. 

maybe Fox would throw a tea party every veterans day
