I'm convinced republicans are actually incapable of comedy

1. Why is that?

I've tried to figure it out but really can't. It can't be all that hard to come up with some decent comedy scripted to point at liberals and the Democrats, I mean there are plenty of fucked up Dems and plenty of material. They just can't do it, I've never seen a good RW comic go political.

All they come up with is sex jokes about Clinton, the fact that Robert Byrd is really really old and once was pretty big in the Klan and that Kennedy likes to drink. Now even in that there must be some decent material but they can never make it work.

2. I don't know. It really is a mystery. It's like they're missing

a certain brain function that recognizes anything funny that isn't grossly simple. It's strange.

In the real world, no matter how much they hate Obama, he doesn't act like Pee Wee Herman. So it's not relatable. And he's not making jokes, he's making talking points. And if you're going to be an asshole, you have to be extra funny. He wasn't. Just an asshole. He should've been a mime.
