1. our first year here in Detriot MI has been the toughest winter in my entire life...bar none!

we ran out of cash just before the hard freeze hit and our heater went kaput!!! it dropped to actual temps of -9 at night with -21 with wind chill factored in. NO HEAT...NO MONEY....luckily we dragged our old kerosene heater here with us, so we could warm the temp to a reasonable 20 or so degrees above zero. I WILL LOVE TO FEEL 80 DEGREES ON MY BODY!!!
