3 teens in plot to remain in custody Fourth charged in attack will appear in court today
Three juveniles being held in connection to an alleged plot to shoot students and administrators at Cascade junior and senior high schools will stay in custody, a judge said Wednesday.

Judge Michael Livingston said there was sufficient probable cause to continue to hold each in custody in connection to the charges. Each juvenile is being held on two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder.

Frank said her family was too afraid for their safety if the accused teens were to be released from detention.

"This would change our entire family," Frank said. "My daughter said to her brother just Monday that she wanted to go for a walk because that would be the last time she could have a free walk. She's so afraid of the release.

One of the accused juveniles was previously addressed by the juvenile department on charges of fourth-degree assault and menacing in June 2008. The juvenile has been voluntarily undergoing private counseling. The two others who appeared Wednesday had no prior record.
