Firefighters do not believe there was anyone home at the time.

edit: - the plane was enroute to Jacksonville area.

further edit: FAA says only pilot was onboard according to flightplan

4. NBC 6 Florida says six people in the plane

but no one was in the house. NBC six has non-stop coverage.
House split in two - unfuggingbelievable.
Now what are the odds of your house alone being destroyed in this way.
