4. As of March 8th, apparently he is
The former White House counsel and attorney general, Alberto R. Gonzales, for example, has not found a job since resigning in 2007 amid accusations that he misled Congress about surveillance without warrants and the firing of United States attorneys.

5. Gonzo would never be a rainmaker for a hiring firm.
But he would bring quite a storm.

"That guy on trial in The Hague? He's a partner in our firm." - Who wants that?

9. He's travelling in a "Speaker Series"
and appearing with Ashcroft sometime soon.

It was supposed to be both of them with Janet Reno.

When it was the three of them, I was tempted to go, just so I could ask Ms. Reno, "Can you give me one good reason why those other two members of the panel should not be in a jail in the Hague?"

Since she dropped out (probably because she didn't want to give those shysters her credibility), there is no reason to go.
