Off Topic: I just randomly signed up to walk a marathon
So after I walked 28 miles last week during relay for life, my friend busted into my dorm room telling me that we should go walk a marathon. And apparently this is one of the most challenging marathons in the US (Whiskey Row Marathon Prescott, AZ).

So we both signed up and paid the fees. And now I'm starting to think this is a bad idea. The marathon is in less than 2 weeks.

Hindsight is a bitch.

Maybe I should carry a big sign stating "Glenn Beck loves cock" or something like that.

1. Uh oh....
You aren't suggesting that there's anything wrong with Glenn Beck being gay, are you?

That would just be a bad sign to carry. IMO.

Go for "Bush is still a criminal, only retired" or some other more generic political statement if you have to carry a sign. Frankly, I'd use a printed tee shirt instead. Who wants to haul a piece of cardboard for twenty some odd miserable miles.

Ahh, the exuberance of youth. Better you than me! Enjoy your walk!

4. No it's run or walk

I mean I've ran long distance for about 6 years (cross country) and I've walked the equivalent of a marathon two times before. I've just never done it in the mountains.

Also there's a 7 hour time limit.
