Former Miss Philadelphia Ruth Weisberg, a voiceover pro, will model a wedding dress made from 1,000 condoms - unused condoms that is - at the Rosemont College student artists reception at the Lawrence Building, from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday. The dress was designed by Rosemont senior Sarah Vail Mannix as part of her BFA thesis. The condom wedding dress is on display from Wednesday through Sunday. It's on sale for $500. Weisberg says it fits like a glove.
