The sources that are claiming the phone call Harman made are the people who taped her...

...I am no fan of Jane, but come on, this is payback by someone, because if there was an alleged call it would never be made public, so the source can claim anything and everything on it and never really get called on it. It's classic--the source doesn't have to prove anything, and now the burden is on Jane to prove it didn't happen. So, who do you trust, Jane, or someone whose job it is to knowingly and illegally wiretap members of Congress?

because Gonzo killed the investigation that included the FISA application to wiretap her. She was actually never tapped at all because the NSA tap where she hung out her ass was a conversation she had with a suspected Israeli agent who was being tapped. As a result of what was learned in that conversation, the FBI wanted to investigate her (including a wiretap on her) and Gonzo killed it (obstruction of justice looks like to me).

This belief that Harmon was illegally wiretapped is just bizzare.

This may indeed be payback, but it's not against Harman. And she deserves to catch flack for it anyway.
